Upcoming Changes to Status Page Notifications

On 16 March at 00:00 UTC, BitMEX will be migrating its Status Page. As a result, SMS alerts will be retired. Users that have SMS alerts enabled for Status Page notifications will need to re-subscribe for alerts via email, after the migration date. Users that have email alerts enabled will not be affected. 

Please note that re-subscribing to email alerts can only be done after the migration date on 16 March. 

How to Enable Email Alerts

1. Head to https://status.bitmex.com/  

2. Click Subscribe to updates

3. Select the e-mail icon and input your email address

We strongly recommend that users who have SMS alerts enabled re-subscribe via email following the Status Page migration to avoid missing important notifications.
