HDR Global Trading Limited (“HDR”), the owner and operator of the BitMEX exchange, is a Virtual Asset Service Provider (as defined in the Seychelles Virtual Asset Service Providers Act, 2024) operating under the transitional provisions of the Seychelles Virtual Asset Service Providers Act, 2024, pending a decision on our license application by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA). HDR is registered with the Seychelles Financial Intelligence Unit for the purposes of meeting its Suspicious Transaction Reporting obligations.

Switzerland:

HDR’s Swiss subsidiary BXM Link AG (the entity operating our brokerage service BitMEX Link) holds membership approval from VQF, a self-regulatory organisation (“SRO”) in Switzerland officially recognised by FINMA.
