If you have received a Cashback Coupon, you can use it to receive reimbursements on any net fees paid while trading derivatives over the next 30 days. The total amount will be reimbursed in USDT. The maximum total cashback amounts are specified on each coupon.

How to Use Your BitMEX Cashback Coupon

It’s simple to use your Cashback Coupon: Trade with us and we will refund you the net fees paid up to a designated amount (as specified in your Cashback Coupon).

Any refunds will happen automatically every Monday, credited to the same account that the fees were paid from.

Calculation of Net Fees

The reimbursement applies to net fees per week which is calculated as:

All Taker fees + All Maker fees - all Maker rebates paid from Monday 00:00 UTC until Sunday 23:59 UTC.

The refund is calculated with reference to the actual net fees paid on your total eligible trades. If you are executing trades with a Maker rebate, the Cashback Coupon will not be credited to nor removed from your Maker rebates.

Eligibility

The coupon is only valid for the account and user that has received a Cashback Coupon from BitMEX via email.

Any trading eligible for fee refund must happen within 30 days upon issuance of the Cashback Coupon.

General Cashback Coupon Terms and Conditions:

• The Cashback Coupons are only valid for verified users of BitMEX and only if a Cashback Coupons is received from BitMEX directly by email.
• The maximum total cashback within the 30 day validity period is stated on the Cashback coupon received by email.
• The Cashback Coupon only applies to an eligible user’s actual paid, net derivative fees from Monday to Sunday of a week. The fee reimbursement will then be distributed in USDT (Tether) every Monday of the following week.
• The Cashback Coupon is not a credit and no refund is made for funding payments, spot trading fees or any other charges incurred.
• BitMEX reserves the right to investigate and disqualify users who engage in fraudulent activities or abuse the Cashback Coupons program. Fraudulent activities may result in the forfeiture of any accrued reimbursements and account suspension.
• Usage of the Cashback Coupons is subject to our Terms of Service, Exchange Rules and any other terms or directions we may provide.
• BitMEX reserves the right to modify these terms at our sole discretion.
• BitMEX reserves the right to exclude any user from this offer.
• All calculations made to calculate fee reimbursement under this offer shall be made by us and shall be final.
