1.1. The campaign starts on February 5, 12:00 UTC and ends on March 5, 2026 23:59 UTC.

1.2. This campaign is currently unavailable to users in Indonesia, Philippines, Mozambique, India, Kenya, Nigeria, Pakistan, and Bangladesh, until further notice.

1.3. Only verified users can participate in the campaign. To check your verification status, go to your account.

1.4. No corporate entities nor individual users trading via corporate accounts will be permitted to take part in this campaign. This offer is not eligible for corporate accounts including Designated Market Makers or other institutional market makers.

1.5. Deposit, Convert and Trading Volumes are calculated in USD.

1.6. All rewards will be distributed within 14 working days after the end of campaign.

1.7. The total prize pool for this campaign is $100,000 in trading credits, distributed on first-come first-served basis.

2.1. Reward 1:

• only users who have never made a deposit on BitMEX are eligible for this reward;
• the deposit must be made from DEX wallet and be held for at least 72 hours;
• maximum cashback amount per user is $100 in trading credits;
• users must copy a Hyperliquid copy lead trader in order to qualify for this reward.

2.2 Reward 2:

• only users who have never traded on BitMEX before joining the campaign are eligible for loss coverage reward.
• in order to qualify for the Reward 2, user must copy lead traders. Maximum loss from copied trades that can be covered is $100.
• only trading volume generated from copying lead traders will be counted towards the final result.
• user can combine the trading volumes from copying multiple lead traders when counting final trading volume results.

3.1. All new and existing verified BitMEX users are eligible for this reward.

3.2. Eligible invitee:

• signed up using inviter’s referral code;
• copied a copy lead trader on BitMEX.

3.3. User must invite at least 3 eligible invitees in order to qualify for the reward.

3.4. Reward will be calculated based on cumulative profit of all invitees combined. Maximum reward per user is $100 in trading credits.

4.1. Reward 1 - copy trading volume:

• User must achieve a trading volume of at least $500 in order to qualify for the reward.
• Maximum reward per user is $100 in trading credits.
• Only trading volume generated via copy trading will be counted toward the final result.
• User can combine the trading volumes from copying multiple lead traders when counting final trading volume results.

4.2. Reward 2 - reverse copy trading volume:

• User must achieve a trading volume of at least $500 in order to qualify for the reward.
• Maximum reward per user is $100 in trading credits.
• Only trading volume generated via reverse copy trading will be counted toward the final result.
• User can combine the trading volumes from reverse copying multiple lead traders when counting final trading volume results.

5.1. Disqualification and Abuse: BitMEX reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any participant found to be violating these Terms and/or the Terms of Service here, engaging in fraudulent activity, or engaging in any form of activity that is misrepresentative in nature (as solely determined by BitMEX). In addition to disqualification, such behaviour will mean the forfeiture of any awards made to date, and we reserve the right to deduct from your account any costs and expenses incurred dealing with such activities. Such behaviour includes, but is not limited to:

• Creating or controlling multiple accounts (whether using real or synthetic identities) to repeatedly claim rewards.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or similar tools to manipulate the campaign process.
• Accessing the campaign or platform using multiple accounts with patterns of interaction that suggest automation or coordination.
• Any attempt to interfere with the proper operation of the campaign or the BitMEX platform.

5.2. Joining the campaign is subject to our Terms of Service, Exchange Rules, Guild terms and FAQs, and any other terms or directions we may provide.

5.3. All calculations will be determined by BitMEX at our sole discretion.

5.4. We reserve the right to modify these terms at our sole discretion.
