Terms and Conditions

- VIP Fees are applicable on all derivatives contracts unless overridden by the fee schedule.
- Fees will be charged on each trade as per a user’s applicable fee schedule and any difference to apply the VIP fee tier will be reimbursed.
- Reimbursement happens every Friday in the same currency as the fee payment. The maximum fee reimbursement is capped at 5,000$ per month.
- All calculations will be determined by BitMEX in its sole discretion.

Terms and Conditions
- Total derivatives volume traded is the sum of a user’s Maker and Taker trades within 30 days. Each trade is either a Maker or Taker trade, there is no double-counting per trade.
- All available derivative trading pairs apply.
- Each user can earn a maximum of 5,000$ in BMEX through this campaign.
- All eligible trades must be done within 30 days after the date of your KYC completion.
- BMEX awards will be calculated and credited into users BitMEX.com wallets at the end of every calendar month.
- Trades made with a user’s linked account(s) will also be counted.
- BMEX earned will be deposited into the user’s main account only.
- All calculations will be determined by BitMEX in its sole discretion.
