Whilst you will still be able to log in and review your account balances, withdrawals will be temporarily paused from Monday 12th October 2026 at 04:00 UTC for approximately 48 hours while this upgrade takes place.

Your funds and account balances remain completely safe by this transition.

If your withdrawal is time-sensitive, please submit it before Monday 12th October 2026 at 04:00 UTC. We will let you know as soon as the system upgrade is complete.
